spacious room lovely room great location poor breakfast limited options broken aircon
i liked that the room was spacious and lovely. it had everything one needed. the location is great, just a few minutes walk from the metro. the staff were excellent and well kept.
i was very disappointed with breakfast. few options existed and the bread and croissant was processed from supermarket. the aircon unit did not work in my room, room 301. when i arrived, my room was 24 degrees.

Good location, some minor issues
helpful staff convenient location good breakfast
I found the reception staff very helpful. The location proved convenient, it allowed us to walk to many places. Breakfast WAS good with a nice selection. We also were able to leave our bags after checkout, which helped us with our late flight.
The room was quite small, there wasn't much space. It was difficult to open our luggage fully, without placing it on the bed.

The hotel provides luggage storage, it is useful with late departures. Air conditioning is available in each room, it ensures a comfortable temperature. A tv is in every room too.

Good stay, some minor issues
clean hotel convenient location good breakfast small room uncomfortable bed poor soundproofing
The hotel was very clean. I also found its proximity to the metro very convenient. Breakfast had a good selection I thought.
The room was quite small I noticed. The beds weren't very comfortable either. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, rooms aren't soundproofed.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. they spoke excellent english. they kindly stored our luggage for the whole day, great to explore freely. the hotel was clean and well kept.
my aircon unit did not work in the room. when i arrived, my room was 24 degrees. the air con would only heat and the fan was weak. the tv is very small and very high up on wall..
